Personal training With Kevin is a unique opportunity to be trained by one of Staffordshire’s leading transformation coaches. Kevin’s commitment to his clients is first class and it doesn’t just stop on the gym floor.

After your initial consultation which is free, you will receive around the clock support from him throughout the 10 weeks to ensure you achieve fantastic results. Your training and nutrition packs are specifically tailored to you and your goals, and are monitor on a weekly basis to ensure you stay on track.

Kevin does not make promises of results instead he asks that you give full commitment to your training and nutrition throughout. Do this and you guarantee yourself of results.

The health & wellbeing beginners package is aimed at people who have low fitness levels with very little exercise background and are low on confidence when it comes to entering a gym environment.

You will work together with Kevin to build up all aspects of your life that you are looking to improve, Confidence, fitness, self-esteem will all be targeted as well improving your knowledge of nutrition and learning how to maintain it over a sustained period of time

Kevin doesn’t guarantee results all he asks is you give that 100% commitment throughout our time together, do this you are guaranteeing yourself of results.

This main purpose of this package:

-Weight/Body fat reduction

-Maintain muscle mass

-Improve fitness levels

Package 1:

Before signing up ask yourself if you are prepared to commit yourself to this programme for the next 10 weeks. This includes weekly food shops and food prepping for 3-4 meals a day 7 days a week, and most importantly NO EXCUSES!!

Also please ensure if you do choose just the one session a week you would be confident enough to train 3-4 times a week on your own in a new gym environment.

Please be advised that my Hypertrophy programme is a specialised type of training which requires mental toughness and 100% commitment to your training and nutrition for the duration of the 10 weeks.

Before signing up ask yourself if you are prepared to commit yourself to this programme for the next 10 weeks. This includes weekly food shops and food prepping for 4-5 meals a day 7 days a week. You must also be mentally prepared for some of the toughest strength sessions you will have ever done.

Kevin doesn’t guarantee results all he asks is you give that 100% commitment throughout the programme and by doing this you are guaranteeing yourself of results.

Note: Please be aware that depending on where your current fitness and experience level is I may ask you to commit to a two week intermediate strength and nutrition programme to do at the gym in your own time. This will be to prep your body and mind for the 10 weeks. It is not advised to jump straight into a hypertrophy programme with no strength training behind you. This will not incur an additional fee.
